Colt 45?! We've reached an all-time low here! Hahaha just kidding, at least you know it's one of the worst beers available.

4 simple steps to having a good time with Colt 45.

Step 1: Bong a 40 of Colt 45.
Step 2: (see step 1 and repeat as many times as there are full beers)
Step 3: ?
Step 4: Wake up in a bush naked

I only ever drank the stuff when I was underage and had very little money. That and any malt beer that comes in a 40. So sugary horrible, never again will I drink the stuff!

I fall into both groups that you mentioned. Hopefully cops don't patroll these forums...

Colt 45 is terrible. I don't even consider it beer since it gives beer a bad name.. Also has anyone ever had Red Dog? It's horrible. By far the worst I've ever had is Nattie Ice.. That poop is terrible. I can pick up a 30 Case of Coors for $16.99 so I can't see why anyone would drink Nattie.

Best: Kronenberg 1664 and Moosehead.

Best drinking: Moosehead.

Worse tasting: Crest. (It's 10%, my buddy drank one with cigarette butts in it, and one without and he swears it tastes the same.)

- thehuds

I will plug Kronenberg 1664. You could sit and drink 8 of them because they go down good but you wouldn't stand up!

Best Tasting: Smithwicks (import) Sam Adams (Domestic)

If you haven't tried Smithwicks, do so. Best Irish ale (or beer) out there.

Best "getting drunk" beer: Probably Molson. (I still use Smithwicks )

Worst: Since I quit smoking, I can't stand the taste of Blue.

Shouldn't this be a Misc Lounge thread?

A better thread would be what beer is like your favorite/least favorite team....

Ducks = Guiness (smooth and can knock you on your ass)
Kings = Schlitz (watered down, with little flavor and makes you want to piss instead of watching)

- Itlan

Do they still make Schlitz? It is what 9 out of every 10 lesbians prefer (please don't bring out the PC police)

Car to elaborate on your statement. This is all a matter of opinion. Someone likes one type of beer over the other. Who are you come up with such a conclusion?

Then by all means enlighten us, where have we gone wrong and what should we be drinking? I'm curious.

Ok let me clarify that 98% of the people here have no idea when it comes to good beer. Someone who says they are a Stout drinker and lists Guinness as their favorite clearly hasn't had enough to compare to. Try some Young's Double Chocolate, Weyerbacher's Old Heathen and Heresy, Avery's Mephistopheles, Victory's Storm King and Rogue's Chocolate Stout. All far above and beyond Guinness. I'm also sick of the American vs. Canadian Macro debate. They're all swill. Just because Labbatts flavors their beer with rusty nails doesn't make it any better than any Coors or A-B product. And how in the hell can anyone get drunk off of Coors Light??? After 6 of them, you're running to the bathroom every 5 minutes. But, anyway, just to stay on topic, here are my picks:

Best Beer: St. Bernardus Abt 12
Best Session Beer: Czechvar
Worst Beer: Ed's Cave Creek Chili Beer (Honorable mention to all the American & Canadian Macros also)

I couldnt disagree more with the Canadian Macro stuff. Molson Canadian is just about the best summertime drinking beer made. Best drinking beer for the money.
