Here are some i have found to be favorite beers

red stripe is from jamaica and comes in the wee chubby stubby bottles
lighter flavour like carona but much more present

somebody mentioned fin du la monde. horrible way too much flavour

big rock's Grass hopper on tap is an excellent beer not very exotic but the mixture of the sour lemon(which you add to it) and the sweet beer taste is wow. they do sell it in bottle but on tap is the best

newcastle is another great beer

Pumphouse fire chiefs red ale is not the class of elite beers but is a good after work beer

the best buck a beer type brew lucky lager and AGD don't taste totally rancid and are good beers for when the boys come over for a pop after work

waterloo brown ale is a decent product that again is not world class but a good tasting beer

Dude! la fin du Monde is an awesome brew. You're not ganna polish off a six pack in one sitting, but it's a great beer.

Remember that sierra knockoff I brewed ( the High Sierra recipe) that we mixed with the Celebration ale. That was some good stuff. I used a ton of cascade hops, then I dry hopped it with more cascade. I gotta make that one again!!! With the price of micro`s supposedly going through the roof in the near future, it`s time to bust out the old brew kettle again. We should try to do an all-grain 10 gallon batch. 5 cases for the price of 2. You can`t beat it!

I`m thinking maybe we should brew up a few batches of some dark stouts (Oatmeal, Rasberry Imperials and the sort), bottle them in 22oz bottles, and just put them away in the cellar for a rainy day............of course all this requires time that neither of us have!!!

we would need to keep them at your house because you know I cant control myself if there is good beer in the house and I'm not drinking it.

Hey we may be doing a beer club here at work if you want in. So far I think we have at least 5 or 6 guys. Maybe around 100 bucks a person. We could try that place in Wayne.

You have my dehydrator still?
I remember making a batch of beer and jerky on the same day. The wife was prego and sensitive to smell at the time. I stunk the house up something awful that day!!

La fin doesn't have a lot of carbonation in it. Maybe you got a bad batch, try it again. Damn Canadians screwing up good beer.

That would do it for me!!
What would really be funny is if there was a preist there having a mass. When you went up for Communion he passed out beer and wings

Ya, but it would have to be an altar boy free environment. You know what happens when you mix alcohol, priest and altar boys. Bad things man, Bad things!

Lies! Lies I tell you!! Disgusting, mean, dirty lies!!

I want to go to a place where the beer flows like wine, where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano.
