easily the worst part about ipas. new stuff at the lcbo sits around for like 5 months while they do lab testing (i wish i was joking) so the first shipment of any new import ipa might as well be drain poured.

you should. especially if you're buying an ipa.

if an ipa gets old it tastes nothing like it's supposed to. the hop taste is gone and all you get is the malt taste.

you may think you hate a beer you would actually love.

like i know i have to give oskar blues ipa another shot because everyone says it's really good but the six pack i had was so bad that i don't even remember if i could finish it.
