i don't think so.

she's a drinker. but she's pretty reserved. i think she's probably afraid of the tattoo needle.

i know nothing.

i bought them for a lady as a housewarming gift along with a bottle of wine.

i know she's been getting into different beers lately (she's been a coors light drinker for years) but she's not into any real hoppy beers or anything heavy yet. so i was trying to find lager or pilsner-type of drinkable beers. it took me like a half hour to put that 6 pack together because those aren't the beers i usually look for.

I see. I looked it up and I do remember seeing it just never tried it since it's not the type I normally like.

if her son doesn't drink them all i have a feeling i may end up getting to taste them anyway and i'll let you know.

she may just try a sip and then pour the rest for me if she doesn't like it.

her son looked them over and was like "oh, i'd like to try this one" "oh, i'm taking this" "anything with this many old people on the label has to be good"

Yeah apparently the whole IPA brewed with fruits is the new trend in the US.

Means everyone north the border will do it next year

meh, already been a thing with ontario breweries for quite a while. a lot of the one offs have fruit added. the regular versions are imo always better.

I'm just waiting for LCBOs to get some Saison Dupont back to find a reason to convince the GF to spend a weekend in Ottawa.

Used to be like $6.80 per 26oz bottle or something insane. Cheaper than it is in Belgium. Those were good times.

I think it was something like $6.50/750ml. We can get some in Quebec via a private importation agency, but it's like $5/341ml.

But yeah, it's to the saison what the Pilsner Urquell is to pilsners.
