Wife brought home apple mead for Valentines, she thought it would be good and I'd be excited to try it. Took one look, saw Trafalgar, and told her to get that poop out of the house.

She did also get a Nickel Brook Kentucky Bastard for me, so it wasn't a complete disaster.

A bunch of their beers end up being unintentional sours too. I doubt they are safe. They're really awful even when they aren't infected though. I'd rather drink a new homebrewers first batch of beer over anything from them.

Smells of citrus and hops. Tastes of citrus and hops. Not an overpowering taste of bitterness. Nice balance of hops and malt. Kind of mild for an IPA.
