This was nice. I do slightly prefer Les Trois Mousquetaires Hopfenweisse over this though. Both are quite similar.

It's always nice to return to this once in a while.

I had quite an old bottle of this beer this past weekend. I've posted this a lot (it's my favourite beer probably) but this one is for the resident hop hater lol. At two years this sucker has become just a glorious strong blonde Belgian style ale. Fresh it's a Belgian IPA.

Delerium Tremens and Stillwater Cellar Door, along with a ridiculous burger at Blue Monk.

And a Smuttynose Finest Kind IPA to close it out.

That Cellar Door was fantastic.

A lot of reviews on the cellar door was the sage was overpowering, but I personally thought it was perfect - the wheat set up a dry finish to the malt and then the sage was there to guide you cleanly to the next sip. Yum.

Delicious. Still prefer I&G as far as the Oak aged fad goes, but still a really good beer.

I like Nocturnum more (in general I like darker Belgian beers) but Tremens is still tasty.

It's a cant go wrong for me. They ran out of my first choice Gulden Draak (boo hoo) so fell back on DT.

But the Cellar Door really was the star.

I can take you there if you ever have a reason to come to Buffalo.

They also have duck confit poutine we can split.
