The Samuel Adams brewery in Upper Macungie Township will manufacture its famed Boston Lager beer in cans, for the first time. Boston Beer Company Senior Public Relations Manager Jessica Paar confirmed the company will produce Samuel Adams Boston Lager in cans by early summer exclusively in the Upper Macungie brewery.

I'm not sure what this beer is but it's damn delicious. Somewhere between a brown ale and a black IPA I guess? Yum.

This is nice too.

Latest batch of this is actually fresh. Tastes much better than the last batch I had. I can actually see why it's so well reviewed now.

Decent Canadian double IPA. We still have a long way to go yet but it's nice.

Haven't seen anything from Alley Kat either I don't think. We get a bunch of BC beers but I don't recall ever having anything from Alberta to be honest. I don't know why.

I like their diversity. Damn near a beer for every style lol.

Good stuff. They sell great 24 pack samplers. The IPA is POTENT.

You should try Red Racer IPA if you can get it where you are. From BC and probably Canada's best IPA. Good stuff.

Love the Hop Head from Tree ... do they have a regular / non-Imperial/DIPA version as well? The ones I've had were just branded as "full bodied" IPA can't remember what the ABV was but they didn't strike me as being that bold. At any rate probably my favorite IPA but I like it because of the malt balance, definitely not a hop bomb.

Yeah they definitely have a regular one. The IIPA comes in bombers here and the regular one in standard 341ml bottle 6 packs.

I had it on cask in October here. Probably twice as good as the regular release which is hard to imagine.

IPAs really are at their best on cask in my opinion. Makes a decent IPA amazing, and makes a great IPA unbelievable.

Yeah it must have been the regular one I had. It's strange because I actually thought the Hop Head was way better balanced than the Cutthroat which is their regular Pale which tasted more like an IPA to me. At any rate I'm a fan, they do good work. They're in Kelowna, right?
