did not like. too light and bubbly or something.

I like it and its raisin-y sweetness. I don't get it all that often because there are a lot of better Belgian's out there but I still like it.

It seems to be the opposite with me. Might be the slight amounts of vitamin B from the yeast helping me out

Nope, haven't been there yet. It'd be interesting to see how they compare to The Only Cafe I guess but it'd have a tough time topping it I think.

24 on tap (all canadian microbrews), 1 on cask. Hundreds of different bottle varieties from all over the world.

Only problem with it is it's full of hipsters. You can spot them by the fact that they drink Labatt 50. Who the (frank) drinks 50 at a place like that? I think it's the only bad beer they carry lol

I don't know why but beers with little bits floating around seem to treat me really well.

My only problem is with stouts. They seem to give me headaches if I have a few. I guess I shouldn't even say stouts in general since it only seems to be Irish stouts (murphys, guinness, beamish, etc)

I know, I'm talking about bits of whatever floating around to go with the hazyness lol. Not Belgians or wheat beers since they're to be expected. Like in Thornbridge beers or all the cask ales I get at the pub. Most craft beers in general here are unfiltered. Not all have little bits floating around of course but I love it.

We sell loads of Labatt at my store. Blue Light has NO taste - whatsoever. Blue, slightly more taste than Blue Light. Ice is ok, best for getting ripped. Never had 50 or Blue Light Lime. But a lot of the simpletons around here treat the poop like liquid gold. And when they turn in their empty Blue 30 packs, we can ask to redeem the rewards points they don't use.

I absolutely love bottle conditioned and unfiltered beers. Leaving that yeast or whatever else is in that sediment really adds a nice touch to some beers.

I get that most people drink crap beer, I just don't get it when people go to a specialty pub that has 24+1 canadian microbrews on tap (no macros on tap) and tons of top end bottled beers from around the world and proceed to drink Labatt 50. It's Canada's Pabst Blue Ribbon.

that's exactly it. PBR is a hipster beer down here unless you're over 45 and have been drinking it because it's what your pops drank. there's several establishments and restaurants that sell $1 or $2 PBR pounders. no thanks. i'll take water, club soda or a Sierra Nevada.

Yep, I like it too. Might just be me being dumb but I actually prefer a beer with a bit of sediment. Adds to the texture sometimes too lol.

Worst part is that the pub is really tiny and there aren't many places to sit. Those guys could literally go to any pub in Toronto and get that crap, but instead they steal all the good seats here.

I'm not bitter I swear!

They don't have any Unibroue beers on tap right now but they usually have 1-2 of their beers on tap. Their tap lists change weekly (more like daily actually) so sometimes you'll have a short period of time without anything from Unibroue on tap but it's a bit rare. They have all their bottles I think for when this happens if you really want something from them though.

Blanche De Chambly is back on tap now apparently. It's just as good in bottles as on tap imo. It's one of their weaker beers.

I was probably exaggerating when I said they have all their bottled beers. For sure they're missing some. They have quite a few though.
