I'd like to see a beer rating website based outside of the USA, or at least one where 95% of the reviews aren't coming from one country. I like American beers and they do make some of the best beers in the world but they get overrated on those websites (BA and ratebeer). Same thing often happens with Canadians and Canadian beers since those are the beers that we have the most access to.

On the other hand, there's people who go with the "if its foreign it must be better" idea as well... this sounds like it should be more of a volume issue than a quality one, if that makes sense.

I rarely see that on those websites to be honest. Except for the "exclusive" beers like Westvleteren, Rochefort, Orval, etc most foreign beers seem to be grossly underrated. Nearly anything that is hoppy and from North America gets 80% or better though.

I've liked the ones I've had. They had a bunch over here at the LCBO last summer and I got all of them except their orange honey one since I didn't like the sound of it. Now they only carry the Dead Guy Ale, but it's my fav of the bunch anyway.
