second escaped from that place using the same strategy both times. maybe time to fix the issue.

Wanted for murder in Brazil . Maybe the strategy should be finding out who’s crossing our southern border.

The point is, as far as the residence around the prison know or have been told, the Chester County prison does not house violent offenders. So again I say he should not have been at that prison.

How many other violent prisoners are housed there and why was he sent there?

- WhiskeyMan

no that's the point you're making. mine was this is the second escape using the same strategy. the issue should've been fixed after the first escape.

Sadly, this has become a politicsbuzz.
I wish we could hold these threads to hockey focused discussions only.
The comments regarding re-capture would be more appropriate here:

Will agree to disagree here.
Perhaps, one of the reason people navigate to this site is to get out of politics.

The point I am making is that a violent offender should not have been there in the first place.

The other point discussed was that yes it was the second time that method was used to escape. It should have been rectified after the first escape and I dam sure it will be fixed after this escape.

Shame the borders weren't secure in January, 2018 when he illegally entered the country.

Yeah, its a shame the border patrol didn't detect the fake ID he got in Puerto Rico was fake.

Bill, I missed a few days but looked back and did not see any mention on the changes in the Flyers scouting department. Did you cover that or have any comments? Thanks

I knew of the hirings weeks ago but was told the hirings would not be publicly announced. However, the new hires are added to the team's staff list on the official website and Chris Mayer was the first to notice.

In general, the pro scouting staff needed to get younger and the amateur staff had some vacancies (most notably, the departure of Rick Pracey). Mike Eastwood and Jonesy are old friends. They were linemates at Western Michigan. Bob Murray had a good track record of identifying defensemen, so I'd expect that will be a big part of his focus (as it's also a top organizational priority).

And...?

Does that mean their ID's are similar to a state ID?

He had a Brazilian ID to get into PR right? So the PR id would not factor in. Seems like an American territory should have better security than that. That is all I am saying.

I don't know as much about who scouts who. For having a good eye for d men, who has he had a hand in identifying before? or what organization has he worked for? Thanks
