Most people would do it in that situation because of the power dynamic. He controls their playing time, roles, etc. The NHL is their dream job. So, unless they had something truly terrible on their phone, they'd share it rather than risk the consequences to their careers.
In those situations, it's 100% up to the person in power to not overreach and violate their subordinates' rights. |
