I have never understood why people are interested in watching minor-league pro sports teams named after universities.

That's true, my affiliations have been with the best universities in the world, none of which play D1 semi-pro sports.

Everyone I know though that is into NCAA sports was into them before going to university themselves. Many of them went to PSU I'm sure because of the football team.

I cut the cord in 2019 and have never once considered going back to cable. Being an out-of-market fan made cable obsolete a long time ago. I agree that once in-market streaming opens up, there's really no reason for anybody to have cable.

Yea I still don't have cable in market, I use Nord VPN. But def consider getting rid of Nord if the in market streaming happens.

I’m Canadian. Canadian college sports are a joke. Our pro football league is a joke even. But I love ncaa football. Super entertaining games and the atmosphere is unreal. I’d imagine the only thing that could compete is something like an English premier lg soccer match for atmosphere. I’d love to see a psu game live.
