if there is still something called the Arizona Coyotes by the end of the decade it will be a travesty - jimbro83
Is this look of man willing to give up on the Coyotes. |

Sadly, he's going to put a team back in Atlanta before too long... |

Why does the "savings" part look so out of whack? |

looks like 6.5 mil a year - jimbro83
I will bring up the white elephant in the room. Given all the consternation on the contract, would you rather have Kreider at $6.5 mil AAV for four more years or Wilson at that figure for seven years? |

Kreider. Without a doubt. Tom Wilson has 3 20+ goal seasons in 10 years. Kreider has 8 20+ goals seasons in 11 years. |

Easily Kreider, but wouldn't mind having Wilson either |

It’s one of the dumbest contracts I’ve ever seen in the nhl |

Have them all over by me in SEPA, more and more farms and wooded areas are getting razed for overcrowded developments and they're starting to attack dogs etc in the area |

Pens trade a lot of their bad contracts, a 1st, a 2nd and are paying 10 million of Karlssons 11.5 million cap hit over the next 4 years it seems? Not sure if it’s official. That’s a great deal for them. |

Who knows but pens had to do it. Have to try to win in the last couple of years of Crosby, Malkin and Letangs window. To get a defenseman coming off a Norris winning season for basically a couple of draft picks is a solid move. |

I dont think they are capable of winning the Cup. Its going to be a long rebuild for them. The 3 Cups they have won on this side of the 2000's will help ease their pain. Im sure when the time comes, they will get the number one pick again who then will in turn be a Generational talent. |

Got 10 million removed from his Cap for a guy who is not part of the rebuild and will not repeat his numbers from last year. |

I agree that ther s no way EK gets those numbers again. There was no pressure to win in SJ and his defensive numbers were horrible. That's not going to fly in PGH so that -27 (-103 career) is going to not be so hot |

Still don't think he got enough. Yes, cap room, but not a broad enough return |
