Guilty. I see upside in both Fox and Miller as forwards. But to be honest, my thoughts about Fox moving up have diminished after watching him more closely this year.

There is precedent for such a move in the NHL, although I must admit I have seen it happen in many years.

He also was a member of the Canadian Parliament during his playing days in Toronto.
