I think Rousek is one of the guys going back to Europe.
It was rumoured a couple months ago.
There is a million Rousek’s out there so it’s nothing to fret about, but I did like the relationship he had with Kulich as a fellow Czech.
Can’t say I’ve tracked Janus Konecny’s development since we drafted him in the 7th round a couple years back but if they have the contract slot it wouldn’t hurt to throw one at him. - Swedish_Jesus

Yeah but Granato has soo many nicknames ready for these guys, Adams can't trade them. The organization stands behind these potential nicknames meaning they will have another NHL development season.

On ice, about as much as Okposo and Girgs bring.
The 4th line of Girgs Jost Okposo should be upgraded entirely. We may have to wait another season to see it, for whatever reasons. I don't care if they paid each guy $6m, it ain't about the money, it's about the play.
IMO:
-4C should be a guy who has >50% FO win rate, Plays PK very effectively, and can take some minutes off of the premiere defensive C to play against scoring lines. Jost isn't that guy. Upgrade needed. Ask Tampa if they would have liked to win a couple key FO late in recent PO games.
-4L players should be stout in defensive play, Girgs & Okposo fit that bill. They should also be disrupted and cash in goals for tertiary scoring, I'd target 15/15/30 as desireable production. Girgs and Okposo do not adequately fit that need, although Okie is better than stone hands at it, fail by Girgs here. That said, we saw Okposo slow down rather significantly as the season wore on. That doesn't give a high degree of confidence for the upcoming season.
