I haven’t really taken a liking to Tocchet, a little too much Green 2.0. I guess he is there for structure and guidance and Yeo is for the rest of what they need. I am not a Yeo fan either though.

They went from having a coach teaching structure to Bruce and back to a coach teaching structure in less than two seasons and the fan base each time thinks it's refreshing.

They need the right players is all. Hopefully these asshats get it right... they certainly started off much like the previous regime....

Yet every year, teams like Tampa, Toronto, Boston, Colorado and Edmonton are looking for those types, come TDL.

I didn’t think it was refreshing. Obviously Green didn’t teach them structure very well if they are still trying to teach it or maybe these players aren’t ever going to learn structure.

I had thought Marc Savard. Very new to coaching though. Maybe replaces Yeo as an asst for couple years.

When you are having to try teach players that are in the NHL, some basic hockey fundamentals, that you should have learned by the time you were 10, I would say that is a pretty serious problem.

I am curious about posts calling out the fans that apparently don't agree with the constant belly aching. Who exactly are these homer fans, I haven't seen one yet.

Let me be the 1st, really like Pettersson, Hughes, Kuzmenko, Mikheyev, Miller, Hronek, Boeser and Demko, build out from there.

Do not agree with Tocchet as Green 2.0, if Green had structure it was hard to determine what that was, except for the 5 man collapse in the dzone.

Not sure Tocchet is the guy to get the team to the SC, but I do like the fact he calls out and hopefully will make the players accountable.

OK now back to the bellyaching and never ending negativity.
