Yeah I see almost nothing of value in Zeke besides his name. He wouldn’t help us more than Singletary or a random 4th round back would
- sbroads24

I think zeke adds the size and short yardage. Save allen a bit.

He's only 27, should be able to get a good year out of him , maybe more?

Thunder to cook/hynes lightning?

Zeke can score touchdowns. As bad a year as he had, he still had 12 TDs. He might be energized, coming to Buffalo.

If that's what Beane thinks is best, hard to argue. But Broads is right. Singletary would be fine.

I think we all get excited about change, because change HAS TO mean "better", right? That's why I'm torn.

I'd rather like to see Wagner, but it seems like a pipe dream at this point. Seems like a lot of teams could use him.

This is all very reasonable. Well said.

I'm thinking wagner could be getting the poyer treatment a bit? Where you think you're more in demand them you actually are? Teams concerned over football mileage.

Hope anyways

He's definitely been around, but still very productive. Football players seem to fall off the ledge quickly, though.

I've heard Seattle would like him back. I've heard Cleveland is interested. Raiders. Who else?

Of those, Buffalo gives him the best chance to win, imo.

Go Bills

Hey Boss, I might have a way for you to finally get your boy’s autograph
https://twitter.com/FlaPa...tatus/1637159431908765696
or maybe you’ll get soon to be the single season most points by FL defenseman record holder #62. (watch, you’ll probably get Barkov’s)
Anyway, I couldn’t resist posting this as it’s all $$ for a very good cause.

LoL, and don’t forget to get to the Sabres game early and get that turkey sandwich

Maybe the greatest website ever?

Oilers and Avs looking ready to run through the West again. Let's hope for a healthy Leon this time around.

Fuuuuck the GD parade starts tomorrow at 2. the game starts at 1. it's gonna be a poop show down there. I'm thinking of not going. My last game of the year, and I'm thinking of not going. Ugh.

Probably a very easy sell though.

Yes to OBJ but only if the price makes sense... Zeke. pass probably the slowest RB in the NFL right now. go draft a guy or wait until cut downs to find someone. we have the kid and Hynes. MLB is much higher on the needs list.

Adams did not real help for the Sabres at the deadline and it seems that his not sending anyone down to Rochester is a bit of a blunder too. Rochester doing its best to drop out of playoff position with another loss today. Why did he not send down Krebs or Peterka in a paper transaction at least? His lack of movement for the big clus seems to indicate that they did not think the Sabres were going to make the playoffs. Hope the Amerks can pull it out but everyone around them is playing well and they are puttering.

As nice as the backhand dish and the deke for the goal are

I can’t stop admiring the pass up from Gudas to send them in to the zone with speed.

I wonder how many more goals guys like Perreault would’ve scored if hitting them with a pass like that was legal when they played.

>>> Prior to the Bruins loss yesterday, keep in mind that the Wild, 11-0-3 in their past 14 games to move within one point of the division-leading Stars in the Central entering Saturday’s games, are doing this operating under an effective $69.8M cap.

>>> Even with that disadvantage, the Wild had enough space to act as deadline middle-men to assume third-party cap hits in exchange for draft picks while the team charged into contention, now 2-0-1 since the brilliant Kirill Kaprizov went down with a lower body injury that should sideline the winger for another few weeks.

Guerin surely merits serious consideration for the GM of Year Award.

I still can't understand why Adams didn't get involved in using the Cap as a weapon. Obviously still trying to build through through the draft, I would have taken a few of those. Especially like Zaitsev and that 2nd.

Unless some miracle happens it looks like we will be picking around 10-11 in the upcoming draft. Who would you like to see the Sabres add to the prospect pool ?

Unless they win the lottery and are drafting 1st, i would like to see them trade the pick for a very good NHL player at defense, forward, or goaltender. We need all three desperately.

Well, from what all you draft nerds say this pick, even at #10, should be a solid, solid kid. Would that get me Tom Wilson if I tossed in Olofsson?

Although, why on Earth would any team trade Tom Wilson?

The pick by itself Gudas. Though he only has one year left. Have to be a sign and trade

I have to do research. No idea right now. The possibilities are kind of endless except at net
