Imagine being able to get Poyer and Bobby Wagner signed for what Edmunds cost. This could happen

You mean the one that was part of a PK that allowed 2 goals on 3 attempts last night.😏🤷‍♂️

Everyone is blaming upl for every goal. Clearly can't be girgensons fault.

Guys closing in on a double double this year.

Nope I blame Greenway for 2. Would hole heartily surprise me if Girgensons wasn't back next year. Okposo is finished, his skating just disappeared.

Now that the floor isn't an issue, would it really shock you if they just didn't want to pay a 4LW that much and go with Donnie's new toy?

I think that gets more likely if they are planning on Savoie and Kulich. They way they are finishing their seasons is making that a real possibility.

Greenway can play RW, he could take Okposo's spot. The one to push Girgensons out is Rousek IMO. Be it next year or the one after.

I'd like for Greenway to get 30-40 games on this team. Everyone knew this kid is more or less a reclamation project. He's toolsy but needs help with decision making.

Obviously I want him to work out, but let's not celebrate yet. We know how unpredictable goalies are. UPL was a better prospect and it's been a tough road for him.
- Lunaion

Was/is upl truly a better prospect?

Serious question. Mr questions ☝️

I never watch basketball, but Furman reminded me of mark furman from the OJ trial.

Maybe, but Kulich + Savoie puts a lot of pressure on you for roster spots. Can you really go into the offseason with a Girgs extension and just plan on trading guys away? Not something KA is adept at.

Girgs is something you revisit after the moves are made.

What bothers me most about him, is that he doesn’t look like he’s trying to even prove himself.

I thought he’d be going 100MPH hitting everything that moved trying to prove Minnesota wrong.

He looks awful

Unless he's playing with an injury we don't know about, it looks bad.

Really hope they aren’t making the massive mistake of penciling in a 19 year old junior player and a 19 year old AHL’er into the starting lineup already. They have to take things seriously

Just a matter of timing. No question about it in his draft year and +1.

I have no clue what they are planning. I wouldn't think they go into camp with both of them blocked out. They've both earned the chance to at least compete for a spot. Some depth guys mitigate things. If you extend Girgs, you know they aren't waiving or even sitting him.

I'm looking at Levi's college peers in Miller and Hellebuyck and it will be hard to fathom him not developing into a good goalie, at least.

Hey, I am the last person you have to say anything about Kulich. He might actually help us more right now than Greenway has been playing with Jost and Mitts. Savoie is gonna be interesting, kid is to good for Juniors.

Been saying for a bit, decisions will need to be made quicker. Sabres have a ton of prospects and not a lot of open spots.

Yup, first round of decisions should be the easy ones.

Think everyone is ready to move VO for whatever, if anything, you can get and at least one of Girgs/Okposo. Next decisions get tougher.

I don’t see a scenario where this is the case.

I think Girgensons is a goner. Okposo goes to FO. Olofsson is doing a good job running himself out of town. Hinostroza is gone.

Jost is interesting. He obviously can be effective, but how much do they want to pay their 4C? I can see them moving on in the name of cap savings.

I’m hoping if this version of Greenway persists, they decide to move on quite quickly

Jost has made it tough, guy has played himself onto this team. Okposo is finished, he just can't keep up in this system. If you want Vet leadership you keep Girgensons. But in my Eyes it's Tuch Dahlin Tage Cozens Skinner that will lead this team
