ESPN's Dianna Russinni reports Aaron Rodgers "has provided the NY Jets with a wish-list of free agents" that includes Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard, Marcedes Lewis, and Odell Beckham.

Per Roto World

Is there anything else the Jets can do for him.

This is great news, rodgers is gonna be 50 in 11 years.

Seriously, this is not good at all for the bills.
Glad we're retooling, but we might take a step back.

Jets , 2 steps forward 🤔

I still do think they will win an annoying amount of regular season games with him.

Every single one of the wants from Rodgers is a washed up or aging vet.

The jets would have to move Corey Davis, elija Moore and Garrett Wilson to accommodate it.

Please do this jets. Pleaseeeeee

Month of prep seems excessive, Montreal gives him a full week if signs on the Monday. And what better game to look forward to(for him).
- DirtyDan

The latter is true, not sure going from NCAA to NHL releases is going to be so fluid where a week of practice will suffice but maybe MTL then CLB to end the year? Exciting either way.

😀
Good good points, with waiting until the Sabres "we're out"

I definitely feel like levi is a slight gate draw. When the signed mitts , there was a huge unexpected push with seats vs Detroit ( I believe)

2 thoughts :
Sabres are out technically before he gets a game.
Nj seems to be the approximate date for meaningless March games. Hope not.

Thinking Anderson vs Ottawa to wrap the home season up? Maybe his career, although I think he has another year left 🙄

- Boss34

Forgot about Craig, yeah Ottawa is his, good call.

Yeah, that team on paper is close the 9ers. They just haven't had a QB. I can't see how they can get all that in and trade for Rodgers though.

This comment is better then, a pet owner purposely watching their dog eat vomit again and again.

I appreciate the comment.

And let me add Rodgers has a superbowl ring.
So the jets top 5/10 all time nfl qb would indeed have plenty of post season experience ☝️

In short, the #Giants traded Kadarius Toney for Darren Waller.

Of course.

Adams made it known that players of Chychrun's talent/age/contract are not good enough to warrant sending out Kulich or Savoie though.

Question becomes, how many players are available better than player's of Chychrun's skill, age and contract, that the Sabres would need enough to ship out one of our best prospects?

- TheSabresTaco

Bad decision by Adams in my opinion. Your question in the second paragraph explains why.

Nah man, it's all good, Rodger's got cancer...
Something like that?

This is a GOOD THING.

Division opponent on the upswing signing a 4 time nfl MVP. A guy that went back to back just a few years ago.

Let him pick his weapons.... he's gonna be 60 in 21 years.

It's kinda cool to have some expectations aside from the wins /losses.

Definitely feel like a home start , would be cool to see what levi could do under I little nhl playoff pressure?

It's not like were benching hasek here 😀😀

Maybe he goes on a binnington type run ?

Giardi says market for Poyer “softer than expected” but pivots to “slower than expected” when he realized that language prolly won’t sit well with Poyer’s agent Drew Rosenhaus.

Just because 'a guy' is available doesn't mean you should overpay for such a guy.

Honest question- how many more core players can this team have?

Tuch
Thompson
Dahlin
Power
Cozens
Quinn
Samuelsson

Those are imo the 7 players they 1000% view as being here long term.

Peterka and Krebs are probably a notch below, but close.

That’s potentially 9 guys as your “core”.

They should be doing all they can to add a 1-2 more strong pieces to the above.

To begin, my post was regarding Generic Guy #1, not Jake Chickens.

To be perfectly clear, I will trade any one of those kids for the right player. But there's a point where the two or three best kids we have are not worth (worth more) what teams are trying to sell.

Then it becomes, 'well, would you make Generic Guy #2 available if I included Prospect 1,2 or 3?'

Add one or two strong pieces on D, a strong short term goalie and two hard to play against, efficient bottom 6 players. This can be done with free agency, picks and what we have throughout the organization without needing to sell Savoie and Kulich.
