That's great that he still golfs
- golfingsince

He’s still in good shape, around 6’2” 175 lbs, doesn’t hit it far but hits it down the middle, down the middle, he loves golf and telling stories. Which I’ve heard several hundred times, but I just listen and laugh, makes him happy.

How the hell do you win a game like that lol. They were totally dominated in regulation.

Kuzmenko with proper conditioning would be a force.

Of course, if Russia can't coax it out of him I'm not sure the Canucks can.

Having great players helps you to overcome some temporary lapses.

That’s nice to hear. My Dad’s been gone 27 years this month. Always enjoyed watching the game with him. 🥲

It really is a shame we lost Gillis to the poopshow we've had since. Gillis was ruthless, except in his handing out of NTC's but being ruthless he would have traded most of it.

His drafting leaves something to be desired but his two top 10 picks were Hodgson (injury) and Horvat. That's pretty good considering they were literally picks 9 & 10 of their respective draft years.

You're right though, he would have stripped it down a rebuilt in probably 4 years or so.

Aqualini is running the show 😆

Canucks are much better at playing keep away in the 3 on 3 gimmick, not so much in regulation.

This is exactly what you should do. My grandpa was hilarious for this. Every once in a while you get a new story you haven’t heard though and that’s when it’s interesting

5 depth d playing for jobs looked a little tired, I think they missed Myers as much as we complain about him, he’s a big body who has good wheels.

No worries they will lose tommorow with Delia in and the tank slurpers will be happy with the trip losing 2 out of 3.

Well I went to both cougars games this weekend.
They announced tonight that the Dallas stars signed wheatcroft to an entry level contract.
Takeaways from the games is that all of Victoria Royals were intimidated by Jaxen Wiebe, he provides a presence, good penalty killer and throws big hits. We missed the boat when Anaheim signed him.

Reilly Heidt would be a great pickup at 10-15 overall if we fall that far in the draft. He’s a good playmaker, skater and has good vision. His basement in the NHL will be 2nd line Center. He’s also working on his penalty kill.

Another takeaway from the weekend is that Hudson Thornton would be a good D prospect to sign, if we miss out on the NCAA D prospects.
