He was the last ban I issued before turning in my ban hammer I believe. He will be back, I can't recall how long he was banned for 2 weeks or perhaps a month after he PM'd me and called me a bunch of inappropriate things essentially because I couldn't handle the videos he kept posting.

Thick skin.

I always tried to factor in emotion and simply extend in reasonable amounts. Nobody wants to be banned for months and it's fairly rare that it needs to be that long to correct an issue (in my experience) but it also depended on the level of inappropriateness to me.

Fully agree and takes pleasure in causing grief and purposefully breaking the rules, it's progressive discipline though so he will get his longer ban in the future I'm sure.
