Yeah, been sayiong for awhile decisions will need to be made, especially with the development of some of the younger players. But it's also given him time and he can say that his plan is working and let's see how this goes now. He has the benefit right now to go either way.

True but the time frame has really tightened up. Nobody could have predicted this and I'm sure KA is really starting to feel the heat. Seriously the way this team is playing they are forcing his hand. They are without a doubt the most exciting team to watch

So you're saying that Jesus Christ can't hit a curve ball and Jack Eichel isn't in the all Star Game ?

Just have this fear that they love their guys too much and extend them all. The Boss plan, more or less, where you only replace the all-important 13F. Never take full advantage of this window and run into a new set of problems.

So do I, but can we really come out and say things have not worked out. If that 8 game blunder hadn't happened we probably are in a playoff spot right now.

Making the playoffs as a cap floor team would be cool and all, but they will need to take the next step.

You've been down on kyvynv Adam's since his hiring.

It's time to realize what an excellent job he's doing.....

The eichel for tuch trade alone .....

I'm giving Adam's respect and trusting his process.

5 wins in a row, let's do something.....

Very much so, they have to start purging there bottom 6, that's where the next few prospects need to take there spot a so forth. If they don't they will have a log jam of forward prospects blocking each other in Rochester down, being blocked by a young Sabres team with contract extensions blocking them. With as young as the Sabres already are, there is No way they will be able to evaluate even there top 25. It's the perfect time and opportunity for Adams to use his asset and Cap to his advantage.

He had a terrible first year, started getting better when they hired some help for him. Let's see where he goes next. Has a great opportunity sooner than he expected.

He's watching a roster that was basically given to him grow and Develop, Tuch definitely helped. They have drafted well. Adams is holding his own. He needs to take the next step like the team.

Right. They already have 2 big minute offensive defensemen, 3rd (at that contract) doesn't fit.

Karlsson 50% retained for a conditional 1.

Would you do it?

Said Tuch and drafting well and Power was a No brainer- said that. Boosh was horrible up to about 5gms ago, Anderson is a feel good story that is at this point taking a roster spot, Clague and Jost I will give but say the nerds had something to do with that. And Comrie sucked before his injury. Krebs is still a ? but has looked very good lately. Like I said holding his own.

Guess you could retain and lower the price to the point where you'd have to think about it.

That's one hell of a retain.

A lot of the team was not playing very well at that time. Comrie has looked good coming back and goalies obviously benefit from teams playing well in front of them. It looks like they're starting to figure out that defense works.

Lybushkin also has started coming into his own. Wanted a more physical game but he's made some really nice plays recently. I know he had an injury for a while so maybe it nagged him, regardless it's nice to see him contributing.

Anderson plays well when he has rest, against Dallas he was their best player for most of the game. 34 games left, I would expect UPL to get like 17 games, Comrie 10, Anderson 7. If an injury happens or someone is hot they will change things but right now they're all playing pretty well and the team in front of them is part of that.
