I like the Murphy idea, but I don"t think teams retain on multiple years...normally just the last year. Besides, they can afford to pay Murphy without the reduced Cap hit.

I wouldn't blame Adams if he went either way. Make a splash or stick to his original plan. The team has developed and grown more than anyone could have expected. The Sabres have the Forward prospects coming up that will make this team better over time. But they can also afford to make a splash if they wanted to. Timo would help this team now and for atleast another 5yrs, and say bringing in Murphy would really push the needle. And they could do it, would make it tight in 4yrs but could be done. Really wild dilemma Adams has, actually a pretty good one to have.

That was said in context of acquiring another big contract. We kicked this around int he offseason when there was discussion around Debrincat. In another 2 - 3 years the salaries are really going to become an issue. If you have to sign one of the kids and we are out of room the obvious contract to head out the door is Skinner's.

I don't believe this is an issue even 4 or 5 years down the road, it it certainly won't be for the next 2-1/2 seasons (2 after this one).
Do the math and assume a $90m Cap in the 24-25 season.

Ive heard of people doing the Hulu+ bundle and use NordVPN.

The Hulu bundle is 15ish a month and Nord is like 5 a month.

If you have Verizon they pay for your Hulu+ bundle in your cell plan.

If you have capital one you get 50 back on your 2 year purchase of Nord so it comes out to $2 a month.

It really depends on your needs. I left Directv after 23 years last year.... and I ended up at Spectrum with Tivo because it was still cheaper after I priced it all out. If you don't need the Yes Network there are a ton of good options (that was my issue).
