I don’t identify with any political party. I hate them all. I went to one of the most liberal colleges in the country, I’ve voted third party way more times than either D or R (I am a registered D, ftr) and as time goes on, I’ve now got a family, pay taxes all that poop, I choose to look at things objectively instead of “well, because I HAVE to.” It’s all bullpoop, and that’s what I want my kids to think. They should question everything.

All these issues that pop up every week, the stupid poop driven down our throats, the either you’re with us or against us mentality all distracts us from the real problem here. It’s not a 50/50 issue in this country, it’s a 99/1 issue in this country (in the world, really) and the longer we’re distracted from that fact, the further into the abyss we go.

And, yes, I’m a huge Network fan. Between that and Idiocracy we’re on that path. Arthur Jensen/Paddy Chayefsky was a smart man.

Really good movie, brilliantly written by Chayefsky, with some great acting as well.

It means : A word used when you agree with something; or when you want to recognize someone for being themselves.

Well the NHL put out a tweet about a job fair being held in Fl. and who can attend tweeted this:

Governor DeSantes gave them a taste of reality and the NHL took down the tweet and changed it to: "It is open to anyone over the age of 18 years of age."

The sad thing is Idiocracy is supposed to be 500 years into the future, not 10. Yeah, it’s a great movie, dumbed down society run by a an autocratic government and a few corporations who own everything.

It’s frightening how much from Network has become true. Way ahead of it’s time.
