Well to be fair he’s just another inconsistent fwd among a group of inconsistent fwds. He just brings more to the table imo. You could also argue that clutter brings more.

I find it odd that Bailey keeps sitting for an injury, yet never leaves a game. Raty is the prospect in said deal...

I think the Bailey injury thing is for him to save face at being Healthy scratched.

Very talented, but very young.....case in point is the Leafs. You don't just win in the post season on talent. Hughes is talented, but he's extremely cocky which I don't personally love.

Hughes is an up and coming super star .. Leafs spend all their money on 4 forwards and have zero depth and Defense and their goalie decisions were always MEH IMO. .. Listen.. I hope you are right, but I am more affraid of Devs than Boston who we have shut down in the past.

This is true.

I hope you are right but I doubt it.. Very talented youth in Hughes, Nico, Bratt, Sharangovich, and wood. Great signs in Hamilton, tatar, Huala, Palat, and Vanecek. doing all this with Palat hurt... got rid of some aging players in PK subban (and Palmieri).

Dufour is up to 7 goals in 18 games. That's not bad for a kid in his first pro season

Per Lou: Palmieri on IR (retroactively), but not LTIR. Bailey and Clutterbuck day to day. Bardreau and Fasching called up. Holmstrom still here. Salo still in Bridgeport.

Maybe, but from a business perspective, if Bailey is being benched this many times, this early on in the season, perhaps its time to fish or cut bait. Seems like a big waste to be sitting 5 million multiple times 25 games in. Thats why i keep leaning towards a trade possibly on the horizon.

I think Bailey has been shopped by Lou for a while. It's not a matter of getting anything back for him. It's a matter of how much are you willing to part with to get someone to take him off your hands.
