I have Pink Floyd over Led Zeppelin, Genesis, and any other classic rock band too!! I have every thing they’ve ever done since 1968/1969 with “Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun”

David Gilmour’s playing is epic. And the most amazing thing about that man is his taste. What he DOESN'T play, is just as important as what he DOES play!! He’s the master of manipulating time and playing for the song

EDIT: I also have a 1957 Fender Stratocaster reissue. It was reissued in the year 2000, and I put the black pickup guard on it so it looks exactly like David Gilmours Black Beauty as it has a black body as well!

I'd definitely be shopping for one if I didn't live in an apartment with zero soundproofing, I'd have to put the volume so low it kinda defeats the purpose of having a guitar amp if I can't rock it out. I know I could have a somewhat decent setup if I also got a pair of high-end earphones, but that's adding a significant amount to what I'd already be paying for the amp itself.

I bought the Fender GTX100. And you’d be proud of me Pat! If has Bluetooth, wifi, a Fender Tons app where I changed my tones in real time from my (frank)ing phone while I’m playing! Comes with amp modelling, built in effects etc etc etc

I have 6 other amps and I’d get rid of 4 of them right now and but 2 more of these at $780.30

Sorry, it’s completely digital, you can lift it with 1 finger, has the headphone jacks and every sound and effect available including a 60 sec looper which is a great practice tool

Freddie wrote a lot of songs like Bohemian on the piano, the drummer wrote shif, the bass player wrote another on bites the dust.. it was a complete collection of genius with that band

Nope! That’s the beauty Pat! This thing is digital, so you have all of the high gain and tone that you need at a super low volume, so you can still gauge where you are in your playing and enjoy, and still feel like you’re playing at a loud volume roasting tubes!!

I just have difficulty understanding to what extent having it digital actually makes a difference, if the amp is 100 watts and I'm playing with a heavy distortion I figure the bass levels will quickly increase as well.
