That's awesome about Pasta..good player and is becoming the face of the franchise

Bertuzzi trade is interesting..injury related or just another upgrade?

Donny has had some missteps but the last two to three years have been bang on

Agreed. Pasta deal has to get done. He did well with Chuck and Ullmark has proven awesome. Great goalie management. Hall to LTIR which sucks hopefully it’s not season ending.

Bruins make it official, Hall to LTIR.
- Hair Pie

Taylor Hall has been placed on long-term IR, while Nick Foligno has been placed on injured reserve.

In their place (along with Tyler Bertuzzi), the Bruins have recalled Jakub Lauko from Providence.

The discrepancy in types of injured reserve may speak to the nature of the injuries: IR means you're out a minimum of seven days, while LTIR means you're out a minimum of 24 days and ten games.

an add to the roster but because of injury

Hmm...didnt see anything at the Vancouver game on Hall that caused the injury...anyone here?

I don’t remember seeing Hall get injured.
Sweeney said that it’s unlikely either will be back before the end of the season. Full Tampa mode here, hopefully they are well enough to return in the playoffs.

Sweeney does not anticipate any more deals being made.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he pulled off a minor league transaction or 2, but sounds like he’s done tinkering with the main lineup.

Yeah getting to the game of attrition part of the season. They have decent depth but good to watch. Bertuzzi in contract year so will up his value with a strong run since it’s been down year

From slainte Jimmy Ho’s Twitter rants. The little pillow biter dweeb is yelling at the clouds virtue signaling about Asian women and the Oscars now!

Murphy’s Law -
IMHO:

If you have issues with so many celebrating and focusing on Michelle Yeoh becoming the first Asian woman in Academy history to win the Oscar for Best Actress, then you're part of the reason there hasn't been more Asian women to do so.

Always trying to be better than and so righteous and morally above everyone. Guy is a (frank)ing loser.

Good it’s an ATO.

Looking forward to seeing what he can do. Would be in Boston next season if performs well

Yup, going the Charlie McAvoy route with the ATO.

He may make his debut tonight actually with Providence.

An Isles loss to the Habs in overtime or a shootout tonight would result in a Round 1 Bruins-NYI matchup.

An Isles win means the Bruins will either face NYI or Panthers.

An Isles regulation loss means the Bruins will either face NYI or the Pens.

Game one Monday

Looks like Foligno and Forbort are nearing return

The Bruins will know their first-round opponent (FLA or NYI) by the end of the night. A Florida win over Carolina locks Bruins into first-round date with Isles. A Florida loss of any sort and it's Bruins-Panthers.
