Thinking Tampa and/or Colorado deserve writers that can do daily updates during the Stanley Cup final...

I don't understand it, I guess it means nothing to be playing right now

Agree 100% here. Where TF are the bloggers? Our guy has been AWOL since late last year. He's a great writer and good guy, but gone AWOL. I sent him a private message, but haven't heard back.

Too ashamed of your golfing squad to put them in your profile?

Two Cups, Vezina, Conn Smythe.

Sssshhhh, the adults are trying to have a conversation. Go play honey.

I really hope you guys get a good blogger. It's nice having you over and all, but it's kind of like sharing an apartment with your ex girlfriend. It's really awkward, especially when she just beat you 6-2 games at Mario Kart.

He's getting the amount of rebuttal that is required and not a drop more.

Just like you just did.

I get it. You guys just stomped us 7-0 and still lead by a game, so the ex-girlfriend still has to win a few Mario Kart games to completely wear out her welcome.

At least it looks like there aren't any TB trolls, not yet anyway. I know we have a couple though.

Game 4 preview right here folks:

1. Kuemps will rebound
2. one of Naz or Burky will suit up
3. Avs will win a tight game
4. Natty Mac will end up on the score-sheet with 2+ points.

I try to keep my inner troll in check. However, I don't believe in turning the other cheek, so I will troll from time to time when warranted. If people are civil, then I don't. The Avs fans in here have been very civil. The randos that drop in are another story, but we have those in every forum.

There used to be a couple of trollish TB posters here, but I haven't seen them in a long time. I feel like there aren't many of us here - just 3 or 4 regular TB posters.

It's not like the Leafs and Rangers threads - I feel outnumbered 1000-1 in those forums.

Kuemper needs to be on a short leash I think.
Burakovsky has returned to Denver for more evaluation, that's not sounding good to me.
Although my heart and anxiety would prefer another blowout, I don't care how they get it done.
Yeah MacKinnon needs to score a goal. He will at some point, so that will hopefully be the boost they need to control another game.

NAK is skating with the scratches at practice so unless they are planning on inserting MacDermid (please no), that could mean that maybe Kadri will play tonight. He was a full participant at practice. I like the odds.

I hope I am not feeling what St. Louis fans felt after their first win. I have a sinking feeling that it might be.

The attrition factor is kicking in for both teams. Point and Kuch are banged up. Hedman, Hagel, and Paul are banged up, but playing. Stamkos is great and all, but at this point in his career he is more of a complimentary piece and a power play specialist. Kuch and Point are the engines of TB's offense and both of them are hurt. That doesn't bode well.

Burky is hurt, but Kadri is coming back and Kadri at 75% is still a solid top-six player on most teams. Are there any other Avs playing hurt that we know of?

As a Tampa fan, I am pinning any hopes on Vasi. If he gets dialed in, he has proven he can steal a series. If the Avs have him figured out, I think this ends in 5. If Vasi can steal a couple of games, then it goes 7 and who knows then.

I don't know whether he is hurt, but Toews is playing like it. He's been fairly bad this Final, not at all like his usual self.

I think what you're saying about goal tending is what it comes down to here. If Vasi is God mode, does it even matter how well the Avs play? I think now with Kadri back and as banged up as the Bolts are, the advantages are mostly all for the Avs except in the all important position.

Now I see from some videos today that it looks like MacK was targeting top shelf stick side... I think it's pretty obvious they see something there.

All I know is I want to see the Avs leave it on the ice, play with the same fire and ferocity they had in game 2. If they do that, then win or lose I can say they did their best and nothing more can be asked.

I'm worried MacK is going to find his game and what impact Kadri might have when he comes back.

On the Bolts side, Killorn has been quiet this entire playoffs. Either he's hurt, or he's been neutralized, because he's usually a reliable playoff performer who elevates his game (like Palat). He's been defensively decent, but the offense is dried up. If it was just this series, I'd say the Avs have his number. But, he's been quiet all postseason. I'd like to see him find his game.

Well, no matter how the game goes, I plan on being well-poopfaced by 2nd intermission.

Speaking strictly for me, I'm not worried about this and am in fact hoping this is what we get.

Before this series started I basically knew how much trouble Tampa's usual suspects would be, what I am really worried about are guys like Killorn and Palat having big games.

Here here! For me, it's Macallan 12 year tonight.

100% my guy! They better do that tonight!

No passengers tonight. No one wants to look Mack or Landy in the eyes if there's loafing.

Honestly it's as much Tampa as anything. This is why they are champions. Sticks in the lane, closing things up, selling out to block shots, and with a healthy dose of dumb ass brain dead decisions by the Avs, Mackinnon now included, I can already see where this is headed.

Well gee, Kuemper looks great so far and they're only down by 1 despite playing absolutely God awful. Can't get much worse, right? Right?

Byram refuses to shoot the puck and then has to scramble back and take a penalty. Come on man.
