Haven't seen it at all. Worth watching?
- JRR1285

It’s excellent. Really original idea. Took me an episode or two to get, but definitely worth a watch.

Good to know. I watched episode 1 and found it hard to get into. Was told it's really good, though.

Guys that make around 3 mill they may have to move

I imagine they’d love to get rid of Karlsson over anyone tho. But I think 6 million is to much for us to handle, nor should we take all of it. But if they would retain some I’d get pretty interested in him. GG got the best out of HIM specifically if you look at his numbers. I’d take him at 3 million over anyone, even Bergeron

Vegas is in some serious trouble where they may have to take a hit somewhere

- Slimtj100

Man is Vegas in cap hell, they definitely have to move a lot of money to make things work. No way they can retain salary and they don't have the picks to give away either.

Same here. Wife wasn't crazy about it and bailed halfway through season 2. I'll probably re-watch the series from the beginning to get caught up again.

theyll probably buyout Dadanov, only a 666K cap hit this coming season if they do

what a weird situation that was

That’s why I like Roy. Nils for Roy helps both teams. Roy isn’t a 4th line center, not flashy or sexy by any means, but he’s actually a perfect 3C. Hes coming off his best season as a pro too. He’s right in our price range imo too, around 3 millionish. So they save around 2 million with the trade because they gain an ELC with Lundkvist. Roy is an RFA. Paying a center anything over 5 mill is a risky imo. I think the rangers would like a proven guy as opposed to Dach for example

Coming from the guy who wanted Chytil gone, but I realize they probably need him to be the 2C. If he can’t do it at least we’ll know and next year maybe we can go for a big gun center. Chytil is key, he has one more year at 2.3. We’ll either give him a raise if he has a good year. If not we think about moving on from him.

if Kreider was a UFA right now, what do people think he could command in open market?

Within the next year one of the wingers is getting traded and I’d say Panarin Kreider and Laf are safe. That leaves Othmann Cuylle Kakko and Kravtsov. Do you guys think one gets traded this off-season? Or they’re going to wait and see how everyone looks when the season starts to make that decision.

2 years ago in the 2020 draft with our last 2 picks we drafted a 6’9 240 lb center and a 6’7 240 lb goalie 😂

Matthew Rempe, he's actually got some promise

I'd think they won't deal one of the last 2 picks before seeing them in Blue.
Still want to see what Kakko becomes, but he or Krav would be my guess.

Could be a perfect 4th line center. Don’t know much about him other than he’s 6’9 240 and had 93 PIM last season.

First comparison that comes to mind is Brian Boyle but can actually fight.

I get that slow as molasses feeling tho. 6’9 240 is Charles Barkley on skates

I know Rempe is signed, but not sure if he has to go back to WHL next season or can now go on to Hartford

I heard Mtl wants him, makes sense being from there. And they probably make a splash to go along with Wright
- Slimtj100

would make sense. they could offer him a number the pens cant. the whole french canadian angle etc. hell they may make him captain. could just want to ride out the sunset that way. i doubt either the habs or pens make a cup final in the next 4 years or so, so its all about what he prioritizes.

How’s about Dvorak? Kind of underachieving tho. But he’ll win us faceoffs. Not crazy expensive to pay, or to get him probably

that would be to the pens benefit. i know they have some big ones on the books, but I always just assume that another team would be able to throw more money than the perennially cap strapped pens. funnily enough, they do have room to make both malkin and letang damn competitive offers, its just a matter of what both sides want. who knows at that rate. but if letang leaves there really isnt a point to keeping the charade going other than nostalgia tour. if thats it, so be it, but whatever.
