Though Kessel does interest me on the cheap. I think that is someone that can play anywhere in the lineup and do something. - JRR1285
I bet he goes to the pens for cheap |

Him being obsessed with hotdogs is an underrated storyline if he comes to NY. |

I don't know, they dumped him for cap reasons. Not sure there is anything there. |

They have some big holes to plug potentially. It seems that Letang is a goner. I wonder if they jump in on Klingberg. |

I think he retires.
Wouldn't accept a trade because he likes being in Arizona. |

According to the comment board here for the Pens, the consensus is that they will do what it takes to resign Letang. |

If that means an overpay on AAV and term I am cool with that. |

Yeah, couldn't happen to a nicer franchise. I just still hold a grudge over that two hander to the face of Stalberg. |

letang being a goner basically pulls the plug off life support for the whole thing.
i think they would get outbid for klingberg. I also feel like he would want much more term than letang. its silly its taken this long to re-up him and malkin. |

i would like to think so but i think the longer it takes the less likely it is.

I heard Mtl wants him, makes sense being from there. And they probably make a splash to go along with Wright |

I think my order of preference for centers is
Bergeron
Trocheck
Copp
One of Vegas centers- Roy/Stephenson/Karlsson
(They most definitely HAVE TO move one, if not two of them. They have Eichel and no money for the rest of the team)
Strome is like 123rd on my list |

(frank) Trochek. I'd take Copp over him in a heartbeat.
Stephenson would be nice but he is the exact kind of player that they need to keep in order to have a full roster next year. |

Guys that make around 3 mill they may have to move
I imagine they’d love to get rid of Karlsson over anyone tho. But I think 6 million is to much for us to handle, nor should we take all of it. But if they would retain some I’d get pretty interested in him. GG got the best out of HIM specifically if you look at his numbers. I’d take him at 3 million over anyone, even Bergeron
Vegas is in some serious trouble where they may have to take a hit somewhere |

Well hopefully the league wanting to bend Vegas over a barrel might make some of this possible. |
