Fml you really think youre the only one going on vacations, with a home and good job? Been to Arizona many times, it’s a dusty poophole. Maybe if i liked golf, but id rather be in Costa, Cuba, Mexico... somewhere with some actual personality. In my experience, the guys that need to talk/gloat about it are fairly full of bs. But hey, put your head down pork chop.

I don’t give a flying (frank) about King. He could be a coaching genius or he may useless. If Bruce likes him I’ll assume he isn’t terrible. I’m not in the room. I didn’t see the game but their PP has looked pretty good the last 15 games. When did I say I like King? I was probably arguing for the sake of arguing

I will follow suit. One thing for sure is no slack for a 7m player guaranteed the money while real ppl have real problems. As for King nothing says he is worthy of sticking around. Besides running a PP isn’t exactly rocket science & I’d have zero patience with him when a coaching specialist are dime a dozen imo.

Pretty harsh. Some ppl like being snowbirds & relaxing. Buying property in US destinations can be very good value for those ppl who want that.

I could use some investment ideas/help.

We sold & moved to remove debt. We didn’t buy debt free we got a 65% mortgage instead. Money is cheap as in 1.3% variable so we can invest instead of tied up in the fully paid house.

Many on here had Petey signing long term and Hughes with the bridge... looks like JB got the terms in the right order in the end.

Overall JB did fine resigning his own. It was a strength where his weaknesses got him canned. Worst thing was having no boss.

I remember Burkie saying more hockey careers have been ruined with liquor and women. I am not saying he is a bust but I think he has gone of track . I think the team will take their time with him but it is annoying as fuck waiting for him to try to get up to speed .

Not bragging but I was almost always a C or A in hockey for a reason. I played hard & had fun doing & earned all I got good & bad. Teammates voted. I took that into sport & led by example best I could being I worked on everything trying to be perfect or as close as it could get & never rested on my morals & coasted. I respected those of lesser talent on my teams than the stars. Takes a team to achieve not just the stars. If stars had attitude they heard from me. I didn’t put up with BS & allow them to stack off or point fingers.
