I honestly think he should get 1. It definitely looks incidental, but a head shot is a head shot and they have to call them. Hopefully Kampf is back in a hurry, that's all.

But if Dubas had signed Marner to a 8 year 6 million dollar contract he wouldn't have been in that mess in the first place

He did it 2 seconds after he was stopped point blank on a scoring chance on Campbell. It was intentional, he was pissed off, and should be suspended. Its the kind of hit that needs to be eliminated from the game. A cowardly head shot on a defenseless player that didn't even have the puck.

Freddie has a bad playoff record...but so do the leafs, he has yet to prove anything in the playoffs.
Last year he was injured, year before he just didnt play well. Three prior years, he carried the leafs.
So he doesnt suck. Just hasnt been great lately....well except this year.

I haven't heard, but it looked like Kampf injured his arm after the head shot. Intent is a judgement call. Let's just say if its Kadri making that hit after missing on a grade A scoring chance he might have been gone until way past Christmas.
