You might as well pump your own tires, nobody else will. šŸ˜

Exactly and at least I know I'm just joking around if I do.

I'm an elite draft guru and some just can't deal with it though.

Most D prospects D are in need of work. Later picks better for defensive D.
- Nighthawk

The scale for defensive abilities for prospects is a little more in depth than that.

Term has been his big problem.
- Nighthawk

I am not sticking up for him but I can't think of someone he signed in the last two years other than Hamonic. OK I can think of Hawyrluk Michaelis was a two way free agent Benn Fattyburger and am I missing someone else? Anyways I think he learnt from three years ago but who knows?

My focus is very simpleā€¦

UFA RHD for reasonable cost/term.
Cap moves to get it going.
Draft & develop more D for depth.
Size & skating important

Got them all. He had no more spots or cap to do much else.

Those days are gone itā€™s what the plan next is.

Sorry man but that job is already taken by Nucker. I hear he might be looking for a special advisor though.

2 years ago, he signed Myers to a 5 year deal.

Also, just last season, he traded for a 29 year old defenseman, who had a 5 year 6 million dollar contract. I know that isn't a UFA signing, IMO it is worse, as an asset was given up for that contract.

Holtby, which I liked because of the short term.

No. No. Nucker is just the fired guy who keeps coming back even though he doesn't work there anymore.

I just edited that comment, although not ufa, that Schmidt trade is worse than some of his signings due to giving up an asset.

And just look where he is now. Representing our entire fanbase in the Hockeybuzz mock draft. I for one am pretty impressed by the turnaround.

He was the 1st and only one to apply on behalf of Canucks.

Yes but I think the Virtanen movie is already past it's climax.

He should be the 1st player bought out 24 hours after the cup is awarded.
