The move to left wing made G play his best hockey in years. But keep believing he'll be able to duplicate that at center.

No point arguing...because his logic is based off Couturier carrying a line by himself, but can he?

It’s a team game. It isn’t about one player. We have a huge hole in the third line, Giroux is one of the best faceoff men in the league. The rest of the line up has hurt because the whether isn’t spread down the middle. Plus Giroux was hurt with a bad hip in years past.

Any other excuses?

His video game tells him he needs an all defensive line which is always called a 3rd line...because that is how hockey works.

That's pretty close minded in my opinion. Until the TEAM has a lot more success, I'm open to Giroux at Center or wing.

Terrible skating by Gudas. Bad crossover footwork.

That sequence shows why JVR needs to be up in the lineup -- he isn't even getting opportunities like that with the weakness of third line

Yeah that was entirely on him. Let eichel gain the zone no problem. Put no pressure on him. Late stick.

Gotta be aware of match ups. Fourth line against their top line as well.

I love how the Flyers defend the slot, they stand around waiting for the rebound to come to there stick.
