Missed the game last night, first one since I've been home, reading it was fairly close. Looking forward to a quiet night at home tonight for this one though.
I've been home for eleven days now and I've been really busy so I apologize for not being around to spread some hate with my usual mantra as well as my normal cocky arrogant attitude |

it was only 6-4, not like the week before where I got thumped 8-1. I've been eating humble pie for a few weeks now! |

Tom Wilsons suspension reduced to 14 games - VANTEL
Didn’t he already loose that appeal? Is this the third wave, independant arbiter? You would think Gary would learn his lesson, doesn’t it always end up getting reduced in the end. |

It's a long season, I'll scratch away at it and try to make the playoffs, thats where I do my best work
Speaking of playoffs, I played golf up at Bear Mtn yesterday with some of the boys, Doyler was telling me he was roommates with Joe Murphy the year they won the Calder in Adirondack 88/89. We were telling hockey stories, man those were some of the best times of our youth! A few funny Probert stories in there too lol. |

lol inexperience is starting to creep in. The kids have played great but with Beagle/Sutter out there is just no possible way of maintaining. Pouliot needs to head back to Utica for a bit. For what we are getting out of him may as well bring OJ up.
Pettersson has cooled off as expected don't really see a scenario where we can win tonight. - LordHumungous
What if we score 3 goals and NYI score 2?? then can we win? |

We certainly remember our youth fondly, glazing over all the anxiety, disappointment and rejection we might have faced. I’m sure glad I don’t have to navigate the teen years today. If even half the poop I got up to was being documented the way it is now I wouldn’t be able to show my face. |

lol not gonna happen. Can actually see the start of a bit of losing streak after that blown Buffalo game. Plus Markstrom hasn't won a game in the new mask so we'll probably see the retarded ear one again lol |

Hey VANTEL, here’s your Hutton/Edler scenario
https://canucksarmy.com/2018/11/12/ben-hutton-2-0/ - 1970vintage
I would absolutely be willing to chance Hutton Hughes and OJ next year,
I think Hutton and Gudbrandson are finally getting chemistry and looking like a second pairing
I would also trust Tanev and Hughes as the top pairing even with Tanev injury history.
I think Stecher is reliable and can help develop OJ.
I honestly want Edler to LA for Tofolli and a second. |

Sooner or later the corner has to be turned and give the reigns to the current crop of dmen. Absolutely no reason Hughes and OJ won't be on the roster full time next season.
I think JB should seriously look at grouping Tanev in with an Edler deal. I know people like Tanev around here but keeping him around for 40 games/year nmakes zero sense. Again, eventually have to move on. There has to be a PO team at TDL that could use Edler/Tanev's services. |

Going by what Benning said last week I don't think he has intentions of shopping Tanev. He was more tight lipped when it came to talking about Edler but Tanev he came right out and said I have no intention of moving him.
I don't think it was a smoke screen . I think he wants him here with they youth process. |

I can understand that for sure. What I don't get is how is it beneficial to keep Tanev here when he only plays half seasons? |
