This really looks like it could be catastrophic. Galveston of course had that infamous 1900 hurricane when nobody at that time thought a hurricane could hit that West. There was a great 2 hour History channel doc on that hurricane years ago, back when they still made quality programming.

Someone at work said that an article was published how mcgregor was going to pretend to pull his shoulder in the 10th round and stop the fight so they can do a rematch to make money all over again, and that the writer of the article was killed the next day.

I think he can do it. Mcgregor is 29 and Mayweather is 40. Mayweather hasn't fought in 2 years and hasn't been training like he used to these past 2 years either. Just from seeing guys in hockey like Callahan or Girardi turn old overnight, I'm hoping the same has happened to Floyd.

Then when you see them stand next to each other, Mcgregor is bigger in every way. Bigger hands, arms, legs, torso, muscles. Taller too. And mcgregor has a freakishly long reach, arguably the longest for that weight. Mayweathers had a really long reach too which has been one of his weapons with a 72" reach, but mcgregor trumps him even with a 74" reach. For comparison Canelo Alvarez only had a 70.5" reach and Pacquaio had a 67" reach only.

Mcgregors been studying the movement of different animals for years. He's obsessed with it. And that's resulted in his ability to attack from angles no one else could even imagine attacking from while still maintaining knockout power, moving forwards or backwards or sideways. This is why he'll be able to land on Mayweather.

And finally, mcgregor boxed for years before diving into the other MMA disciplines. Boxing is his foundation and that's how he wins all his fights in the UFC - standing up, boxing.

This is why I think mcgregor can pull it off.

I didn't think McGregor was that big, but I haven't watched much MMA. I think he also trained under Ido Portal, that dude is an incredible mover.

Sorry boys and girls macgregor has no chance! Zero,zip,nada, none! I will be shocked if it goes past 6 rounds. Macgregor is going to come out like a bull rushing at mayweather trying to bully him. That's the worst thing he can do. Mayweather may not be a power puncher but he is a WORLD class boxer something macgregor is not he's not even a good amateur boxer. Mayweather will counter punch and bust macgregor up and it will end in a tko I don't care how big and strong he is when he gets hit with 100 combinations and counter punches it will take its toll. His face will look like a bloody pulp. The whole thing is a joke just like it would be a bigger joke if mayweather was fighting with mma rules he wouldn't last a full round.
