Yeah I was guessing from the trailers that her role was that of a visual attractant more than anything else.

She was pretty good though... Her acting wasn't bad or anything... It's just a few of her lines were stupid/annoying. Hot as (frank) though.

Its actually a very similar procedure between the two. In order to bring HA back I'd need to substitute a case of Lucky for the rum, a dead alligator for the chicken, and a live 25 year old Brazilian virgin (good luck finding that) for the coke. Oh and I shall require Laughs right nut.
- Wildschwein

Are you suggesting there would be no coke involved in his resurrection?

H.A.'s resurrection would require a case of Absinthe, a dead snake and a dead alligator, a mexican and a islamic porn star, plus a flesh light moulded after Leon's rectal cavity.

I just kinda assumed he would have had enough in him when he passed that I wouldn't need to bring any.

(this post sounds terribly cold hearted but HA would have laughed at it so why not)

Yak has potential. Even those that have given up on him have seen it emerge. Yak needs a chance to develop his game. Yes playing with McDavid will help him but either way they need him to once again show that he is a top 6 winger.....

Then the Oil have Leon. A guy who has shown he might be in the same league as the other two..... Either with amazing passing or gifted speed and agility. He then showed us this year that he could be a 100 point guy in his prime.....

The Oilers have 3 great centres and then... Eberle who can pull the trigger with any of them. Lucic will probably be decent.....

But don't worry. We have Larsson now in exchange for our highest point guy so we are .... Screwed. Chiarelli sucks.

- Hall Fan

Because I haven't seen as many games of Yaks, its harder for me to pinpoint what he is. I can certainly say that the value he has among fans outside of edm - which is conjecture - is not of any significant value. Does anyone see him playing well without McDavid?

With respect to Leon - 100 points....really? 6 players have done that over the past 10 seasons. Granted one of those was a 48 game season but McDavid is the only player I'd bet $ on scoring 100.

Agree with the 3 centers, even though RNH is underrated outside the city. Lucic is a great addition, but the term is concerning. Not because of age but more likely due to an injury that can happen at any point. I hope I'm wrong.... but it's inevitable imo.

Watching Chiarelli video last night - ...look, it was obvious for soo long and any true fan knows it: the team need D to get the puck up to the forwards. I honestly don't know how a franchise gets so depleted in one area (let alone several) but defense are so vital as part of the offence. I would take back the Hall for Larsson deal in a second but only because the risk scares me. I also don't think THAT's the guy you want but Larsson could become a stud of a D-man; much like Seabrook if their lucky. But Klefbolm isn't Keith......how good do you guys see Klef becoming? Better than Larsson?

2) I won't get into which rookie is better because that really remains to be seen. But I do think Liiga is better than you give it credit for, and Puljujarvi's performance at the 2016 WJC was nothing short of impressive.

3) You said in your last post that you thought Leon might be a 100 point guy in his prime. Time will tell. I think 70 will be a high mark for him. And I don't think he will hit it with regularity. I see Eberle like production out of him and I'm totally fine with that.

4) So how is holding Lucic's ice time and team mates against him fair? He got those minutes and line mates the same way most good players do, by earning it. Lucic has had only one 40 point campaign since 2010/2011 (lockout excepted) and put up numbers in the mid 50 to low 60 point range since. His 40 point seasons are the exception not the rule.

6) MacT had his good days and his bad days. As has Chiarelli. Condemn the moves all you want but calling Chiarelli's on ice product a failure before it has even played a game is short sighted. They may fail or they may succeed. I'm actually going to let them play before I pull doomsday proclamations out of my ass however.

- Wildschwein

2) I think taking Puljujarvi was a no brainier at #3. I just wish they traded the pick for a solid D-man / D-prospect
3) agree 4) agree
6) yeah, it's fair. Chiarelli was under so much attack for the Hall deal. Everyone and their agent was saying NJ won the deal. I bet some people in the organization were really against it; even some that will never admit it. Regardless if PC admits it, the Lucic addition mitigates the loss of Hall. I just don't like the timing of the deal

Larsson is misunderstood by a LOT of people. They look at his point totals and instantly write the deal off as lost.
I'm in a bit of unique situation as an Oiler fan, as I am also a Devils (and Islander) fan. I've seen a great deal of Larsson over the last two years in particular and he is exactly what the Oilers need, a 20+ minute RH D with exceptional defensive awareness/abilities. I don't think he'll ever wow anyone with his offensive production, but I can see his point totals rising a bit this year if he is gifted some PP time.
I'm one of the few people who doesn't think Jersey really got the better player in this deal. Hall is extremely gifted but comparing him to Larsson is comparing apples to oranges. One is a defensively elite defender and one is an elite 5-5 scorer. How anyone can say one is better than the other when they are playing such differing roles is beyond me.
And the time of the deal makes perfect sense. Regardless of what Chia says (GM's lie all the time, just ask Subban), I'm quite convinced Lucic was signed to replace Hall. Lucic signing is the move that made Hall expendable and I'd be willing to bet that Larsson was one of Chia's trade targets for a long ass while.

We have been told PC was talking to NJ about Larsson for about a year. Same as Hamonic. I will look at what we know and think he had also talked to other teams about dmen.

I wish more was attained in the Hall trade, but I understand it was basically the asking price, and it was needed to be done.

There is less of a need for a RHD after the trade than there was before and the loss in the forwards has been mitigated.

This is a more well balanced and complete team after the trade. I don't see how anyone can even think to debate it.

I just want the season to start now

I actually really liked the movie.

1) Margot Robbie played Harley Quinn perfect. She's meant to be stupid / annoying.

2) Will Smith was spot on and you all know I'm a big fan of Will Smith's previous work with the towers.

3) Leto played an amazing Joker. I never understood why people have to compare his portrayal to that of Ledger or Nicholson.

4) I loved that they didn't feel it was necessary to have the final battle last for 45 minutes.

Actually that part was a happy coincidence, but I was thinking more the homo erotic relationship they had.

In all reality you're "Goose" the responsible, loveable, go getter. Where as HA was clearly "Maverick" the party animal that screwed hot chicks but his life was a total mess.

Hillary Clinton’s top campaign aide, for a decade edited a radical Muslim publication that opposed women’s rights and blamed the US for 9/11.

My favorite superhero is Batman, but overall, I agree that Marvel is better.

Oh, and Flash was in the movie too... Why didn't he help either? WTF is going on?!?!?

Without question a need based deal but I don't know....... it's a lot to give up for the players they've acquired. Reinhart, Larsson, Talbot for Hall, a 1st, two 2nds, a third, a 7th.
