I hope he or she is doing well now
- LeftCoaster

Thanks Lefty.

The little man was born at 2lbs 14oz and is doing very well! Absolutely no complications or health issues... Amazing what our Dr's and hospitals/NICU's can do these days. He's a little on the lighter side, but is closing the gap and should be fully caught up (if he were full term) by this time next year.

Any discernible difference in care between the two provinces?
- CubanBuffet

Weird stuff, but it was hard to compare going from a huge city to a smaller city of about 60K. ( Although the hospital was new and state of the art)

Every time we went to the doctor out west we saw either a paediatrician or a gynaecologist as opposed to a GP. Also, if it were a boy in ON where we were finding someone to perform a circumcision had we decided would have been difficult.

However, a private room was standard in ON (where we were), and the nurses seemed more on the ball. Also, wasn't paying that god damned MSP.

I have to say, I think the services pretty much balanced out.

Not a long term player IMO.

Expansion draft material.

I don't have anything to compare it to but I definitely can't complain about the care we received.

I had no complaints either time about the care. The one thing about Peace arch is that all they gave me to sleep on was a poopty mat on the floor.( even though we'd paid for a private room and there was another bed, which i was told i couldn't sleep on) Aside from that, it was all good.

When your baby and their mother both make it out healthy there's really nothing to whine about.

Relegated to the Roxy.

God we suck. After tonight, could only be 3 points up on the Oilers.

Canucks are picking in the top 5. With a little luck top 3. With a lot of luck...

He's worse. At least Lou waited until playoffs (for the most part) to really choke Miller is good for two bad goals per game in the regular season now.

I wouldn't count on it. This franchise always finds a way to (frank) things up.

The good news is, almost every team holds the tiebreaker with them.
