I must have missed Goulbourne making the NHL and Berube still having a job.

Meanwhile, there's not a team left in the league that isn't invested in stats.

- Tomahawk

What does Goulbourne making the NHL have to do with the repeated discussions and whining over the Flyers drafting him, that you and others have engaged in? Berube is still under contract to the Flyers, and still getting paid, but again, really irrelevant to the point, as you attempted to criticize about something that is over and get personal about who I remind you of? Did my tongue in cheek comment on Dubas touch a nerve? Must of.
Speaking of stats, context comes to mind. Your comments above lack context in terms of what your previous comment concerning a Japanese soldier was really about.

pro tip: you don't always have to chime in on discussions between others when you disagree with their comments or views. sometimes, you can just let it pass without telling the universe how awesome you are.

Most likely, he's wherever he spends the off season, training, enjoying the millions of dollars he makes playing pro hockey, and enjoying life in general.

Word on the street is that Kimmo isn't happy about his usage according to Trollbury and Jonesy.

Both believe JQ is making a mistake.

I wouldn't mind that. He'd only last a short while but his post-game press conferences are gold.

the thought of him behind our bench makes me sick.

now that i opened my email from the flyers regarding hakstol, i feel better with the signing. the big illustrations chronicling his career make it so clear now. ... im only kinda kidding but i think i feel good with this now that ive had roughly 10 hours to think bout it.

You kind of remind me of that Japanese soldier that kept fighting WWII for 29 more years hiding out in the Philippines because he didn't realize that it was already over.

Well, the one thing people can't say is that it's same old, same old

This cat has one of the biggest blank slates you can have, with regard to the NHL -- and that's not a positive or negative

He had a nuclear meltdown in Vancouver. I'm not sure he gets a job again. I loathe the guy, but his post game stuff is much watch. That said I will talk Hakstol over Fonzie. Also will take him over Milbury, Pierre and Ba-Ba Roobey.
