Why... because we have many decent D prospects we need more high end talent up front... maybe trade our high end 1st to another team to move down 1 or 2 spots at the most and grab Crouse if someone wants Hanifin.

He is a really good prospect though..... just think we need forwards more then D at this point! Both are great picks!

Yep. Good point. We need to keep some guy though. Doing an Edmonton doesn't work. You only add 1 player a year. The cap spirals out of control and everyone gets too used to losing. You need to keep some players that you know you can make some moves with in future
