this team is better without spezza. not saying spezza is or will continue to be a terrible player, but he isnt the type of player this team should build around. that being said i don't want to trade him for a bag of pucks, and it doesnt look like he'll get a big return based on the way he is playing. i just hope if we arent going to trade him, he agrees to a serious pay cut.

Your going from one end of the spectrum to the other. All I'm saying is when everyone but Pageau, Condra, and Ceci all have more TOI than Bobby Ryan in a game, PMAC just ain't getting it. Better allocation of minutes would see a more consistent effort in my mind.

Love the work you do Trav but these numbers are a bit misleading.
A good third to half of dump ins are simply to facilitate a change. Many times only one forward is in deep after a team goes for a change.
Pretty much freebie breakouts on all of those.
