The team needs more, but it's not a high profile rental away from making a run. All moves have to have the long term in mind.

See, that's just it. Why overpay for a guy that's not going to make that big of an impact? Yes, he may help some, but in the end, it's not worth it.

My guess would be Calgary would want McNabb, Pysyk or someone along that line. I'm not giving that up for a guy that's in the last few years of his career. I would think they also would want one of our current roster players and to me in general it's too much to give up. Especially when there's no guarantee he stays after his current deal is up.

Kassian is benefiting from playing with the Sedins right now. As soon as he loses any type of consistency, he'll be back on the 4th line there. He's also a total head case. I like the trade. I'm happy with Cody.

If I'm moving Myers, it's not to get a guy back that I wasn't overly impressed with in the first place.
