Note from Eklund...Kevin posted this piece where writers tried to make sense of craziness that is the goalie carousel of these next few days. Kevin sent writers a list of 16 goalies who may be on the move and the writers made their guesses... a few of you sent messages to me that they would like to make their own picks as well. So this your chance. Just copy and paste the following list into the comment section along with your educated/uneducated guesses. I will screenshot these in a few days to lock the picks in. Who will be the best at the looniest lottery in net EVER.

Copy the list below and paste with your picks into the comments.

I predict...
Craig Anderson:
Corey Crawford:
Devan Dubnyk:
Marc-Andre Fleury:
Thomas Greiss:
Braden Holtby:
Jimmy Howard:
Carter Hutton:
Robin Lehner:
Henrik Lundqvist:
Darcy Kuemper:
Jacob Markstrom:
Petr Mrazek:
Matt Murray:
James Reimer:
Cam Talbot:

Now onto Kevin’s article and our picks....I will be back with a rumor blog in a bit, and then I will move this article back to Kevin’s space to the right. Let’s see what you all got!

This offseason may see the most memorable goalie migration the NHL has ever known. Fourteen to 19 goalies could change teams through trades or free agent signings.

The potential movers range in high profile goalies such as Henrik Lundqvist or Braden Holtby to a backups like Thomas Greiss and James Reimer.

Most will move through free agency, but the Penguins are looking to deal Matt Murray who is a restricted free agent. The Arizona Coyotes are looking to reduce payroll, and that puts coveted goalie Darcy Kuemper ($4.5 million) at risk of being moved. He's the Coyotes' most marketable player.

But the consensus around the NHL is that new Coyotes GM Bill Armstrong will ultimately decide to keep Kuemper, mostly because Kuemper is essential to any hope they have to be as competitive as they were in 2019-20

Here are my predictions for which goalies go where:

Craig Anderson: Islanders
Corey Crawford: Blackhawks
Devan Dubnyk: Senators
Marc-Andre Fleury: Penguinso
Thomas Greiss: Capitals
Braden Holtby: Oilers
Jimmy Howard: Sabres
Carter Hutton: Blues
Robin Lehner: Golden Knights
Henrik Lundqvist: Hurricanes
Darcy Kuemper: Coyotess
Jacob Markstrom: Flames
Petr Mrazek: Sharks
Matt Murray: Minnesota Wild
James Reimer: Hurricanes
Cam Talbot: Canucks

Other teams that may look at goalies: Red Wings and Devils. Brian Elliott or Mike Smith or Aaron Dell?
