Coyotes To Dress Entire AHL Team Today

Wow there is a lot to unpack in today's episode.

First, Jakob Chychrun suffered what is either an upper or lower body injury to his body at an undetermined point in time and at an unspecified location. He returned the other night after having a cybernetic knee replacement over the summer only to suffer some kind of undisclosed misfortune in his first game back.

He missed the last game and he'll miss tonight's game. I think they even put him on the IR and he would be eligible to play on Wednesday, but according to Craig Morgan, there is no guarantee that he will.

Jason Demers used to have knee ligaments. Now he has what is affectionately known as 'spaghetti knee' and he's out for the season. This is a huge blow as he is on the top pairing with OEL and is second on the team in ice-time. Only extreme hockey nerds know his true value, but it's huge. I hope you like Luke Schenn cause he just happens to be on waivers and will likely be coming back.

You think I'm done? I ain't done.

Alex Goligoski also has an injury - undisclosed, so as usual, we're assuming it's nipple related - and he too is on the IR. When will he be back? Before Demers after Schenn (one assumes). Ugh this is not good.

Steve Sax has also had a run in with the law, while Ken Griffey continues to suffer from Gigantism.

Do teams who's starting goalie is on the IR who lose three of their top six defenseman in 24 hours usually do well? They do not.

Oh man this will be ugly.

Josh Archibald, also out of the lineup due to suspension. The coach hates Dylan Strome (he's out with an injury to his feelings. Kidding. Probably) and I think I am seconds away from getting called up as an emergency replacement.

Tonight's game is against Boston. The Bruins are 100% guaranteed to win. If you wouldn't let your child watch Jason vs Freddy then don't let them watch this game.

The Coyotes have recalled the entire roster of the Tucson Roadrunners and will most likely set an NHL record tonight when they lose by over 100 goals.
