Fascinating Monday as the Thanksgiving Crunch is approaching. Teams are feeling it.
On the Rangers....
The Rangers are in a serious Cap crunch, and while they have played on 19 games they are looking up at Carolina, Washington and New Jersey...They very much want to extend Shesterkin and are looking at moving Trouba and or Lindgren. The LA Kings and Oilers are both seriously interested in Trouba... I am NOT hearing Kreider on the block as some others are speculating...
On the Senators...
Ottawa is not going to be patient this year. Sources are saying MANY teams have inquired about Claude Giroux. About a third of the league is looking for a center and Giroux has proven to maintain his high level.
On the Pens...
Anything Pittsburgh is rumored to do right now seems to be tied to goalie. Dubas has made it known to the league that EVERYONE short of Crosby is available... The big question is Malkin, who if you've noticed has been more vocal about tha team than ever in his career. He wants to stay in Pitt...
