This just in this morning. I have been hearing this possibility for a few weeks now, but talking to another GM I am now convinced enough to post this here.. Always afraid of Toronto rumors, because….well there are so many…
But this one fits.
The Leafs aren’t done, and solidifying their defense is really the holy grail for Dubas and this team if they are to succeed against the mighty teams down in Florida.
The Panthers have been around Chychrun before as well, but the asking price was truly nuts versus hw much they needed Chychrun. The price is still high, but Toronto, desperate to change their fates are “seriously considering a mega offer” that would include Nylander, a first and a prospect or 2…..
Should the make that deal?
