We are right around the halfway point for the season. I wanted to circle back on my previous poll as well as run the same poll and see how the results vary. The question today is:
Which of the Top Five Teams in the East Division Will Miss the Playoffs?

Here are the records of each team since this last poll was posted on 03/03/2021:

-New York Islanders: 8-1-0 (1st in the league since 03/02)

-Washington Capitals: 7-1-0 (2nd in the league since 03/02)

-Pittsburgh Penguins 7-2-0 (3rd in the league since 03/02)

-Boston Bruins 3-3-2 (17th in the league since 03/02)

-Philadelphia Flyers (22nd in the league since 03/02)

On the first poll, Pittsburgh ran away with 68% of the 823 votes as the team that would miss the playoffs. The standings are much different compared to March 2nd. I have a feeling we will get different results today…
