2018 WORLD JUNIOR SUMMER SHOWCASE

The 2018 World Junior Summer Showcase will take place July 28 to Aug. 4 at the Sandman Centre in Kamloops, BC. The game schedule is as follows:

Mon, July 30: USA Blue vs. Sweden (7:00 p.m., EDT), USA White vs. Finland (10:00 p.m. EDT)

Tue, July 31: Sweden vs. Finland (4:00 p.m., EDT), Canada White vs. USA Blue (7:00 p.m. EDT), Canada Red vs. USA White (10:30 p.m. EDT).

Thu, Aug 2: USA vs Sweden (4:00 p.m., EDT), Canada vs. Finland (9:00 p.m., EDT)

Fri, Aug 3: USA vs. Finland (4:00 p.m., EDT), Canada vs. Sweden (9:00 p.m., EDT)

Sat., Aug 4: Canada vs. USA (5:00 p.m., EDT), Sweden vs. Finland (8:00 p.m., EDT)

Flyers’ prospects Joel Farabee, Jay O’Brien and Noah Cates have all been named to Team USA White’s roster. Midway through the tournament, the USA White and USA Blue rosters are condensed into a single Team USA squad. Ditto the Canada Red and Canada White rosters. Flyers prospects Morgan Frost and Isaac Ratcliffe are among the players vying for spots on the Team Canada roster.

Additionally, there are three Flyers prospects participating on the Junior Crowns roster of Team Sweden: forward Olle Lycksell, defenseman Adam Ginning and goaltender Samuel Ersson.
