DoPS: Boston’s Charlie McAvoy has been suspended for one game for an Illegal Check to the Head on Columbus’ Josh Anderson.

He’ll miss game one of the Eastern Conference Final.

Per Frank Seravalli, “As first-time offender, suspension follows formula (1 playoff = 2 regular season games) for other similar suspensions meted out to McDavid and Eichel this season.”
