*Per Darren Dreger...The Oilers and Flyers are having discussions regarding Cam Talbot...We've had the Flyers on the Rumor Chart for Talbot for a while, but other teams have been included as well...Now though it feels like the Flyers are serious about bringing in Talbot as a veteran backup behind Carter Hart...

* Per sources...things can always change, but as of now at least there are no discussions between the Bruins and Blue Jackets regarding Artemi Panarin...In fact the Bruins aren't even considering Panarin...
